As a flagship building within The Downs development, The Breakaway needed an identity that could stand on its own while still feeling connected to the larger brand ecosystem.
The challenge was to create something modern and lifestyle‑driven, without losing the site’s heritage or its role as a central gathering point. The brand also had to work across a wide range of applications, from large‑scale building signage to digital marketing and leasing materials.

We developed a clean, flexible logo system rooted in motion and forward momentum.
Subtle references to racing and movement were baked into the form and typography, giving the brand energy without leaning into nostalgia.The result is a visual identity that feels active, confident, and approachable. One that signals a lifestyle upgrade while staying grounded in place.
